Farrukhabad (Uttar Pradesh), Oct 18 (IANS) On the protest of a class 9 young lady understudy in Nawabganj of Uttar Pradesh’s Farrukhabad region, the school chief has been reserved under the POCSO Act and different segments of the IPC, police said.
The young lady had blamed the director cum-head for securing her in a room and hacking off her hair.
The understudy, alongside her family, likewise met Extra Area Officer (ADM) Subhash Chandra Prajapati and whined about the matter.
The young lady cautioned that she will take her life on the off chance that harsh move isn’t initiated against the charged.
The understudy asserted that the blamed had hacked off the hair for different young ladies previously.
As per the complainant, the charged had made it compulsory for every one of the young ladies to make two interlaces however when she went with one mesh, the chief cleaved off her hair.

Merapur police headquarters Controller, Digvijay Singh expressed that based on the grumbling, a body of evidence has been enlisted against the blamed head, Sumit Yadav, under the IPC’s segments 354-A (actual contact and advances including unwanted and unequivocal sexual suggestions) and 342 (illegitimate constrainment) and the arrangements of the POCSO Act.
“Endeavors are on to capture the blamed head,” he added.
