Varanasi, Sep 27 (IANS) The video of a white-clad ‘phantom’ strolling on housetops in Varanasi has circulated around the web, making a frenzy among the neighborhood occupants.
The police have enlisted a body of evidence against obscure lowlifes at Bhelupur police headquarters.
Ramakant Dubey, assessor, Bhelupur Police headquarters, said: “There is dread among individuals. On their grumbling we have stopped a FIR against obscure people and have strengthened watching nearby.”
